1. Who we are

This site, knoqly.com, is operated by Hoffman Consulting and Sales LLC, doing business as Knoqly Fiber ("Knoqly", "we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms.

This site is informational: it describes Knoqly's door-to-door subscriber acquisition services for fiber internet providers and lets you book a call. It is separate from the Knoqly rep and admin platform at knoqlyhq.com, which has its own terms.

2. No offer, no engagement by browsing

Nothing on this site is an offer to contract. Rates, timelines, and terms discussed here are illustrative until they appear in a signed written agreement between Knoqly and your company. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

3. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse this site, attempt to access parts of it you're not authorized for, or use it to send unsolicited communications.

4. Booking a call

The Book a call page embeds a third-party scheduling tool. Using it is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy in addition to this one. Knoqly is not responsible for the scheduling provider's platform.

5. Intellectual property

The Knoqly name, marks, and the content of this site belong to Hoffman Consulting and Sales LLC. You may not reproduce or reuse them without written permission.

6. No warranty

This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate but make no guarantee that every figure or claim on it is current at the moment you read it.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they were last revised.
