1. Scope

This policy covers knoqly.com, the public marketing site for Hoffman Consulting and Sales LLC dba Knoqly Fiber. It does not cover the rep and admin platform at knoqlyhq.com, which has its own privacy policy, since the two products collect different data from different people.

2. What we collect

If you book a call, the scheduling tool collects your name, email, company, and anything else you enter into it, governed by that provider's own privacy policy in addition to this one.

If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence like any business email.

Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, timestamps) are kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule and hold the call, and keep a record of the conversation for our own follow-up.

4. Who sees it

Knoqly staff involved in your inquiry, and the scheduling tool provider as the processor of your booking. We do not sell your information or share it with data brokers or ad networks.

5. Retention

Booking and correspondence records are kept as long as the business relationship or prospect relationship is active, plus a reasonable period after for our own records.

6. Your rights

Email legal@knoqly.com to ask what we hold about you or to request it be deleted, subject to what we're required to keep for legal or accounting reasons.
